I agree to abide by the following rules:

• Only on-line nominations accepted.
• Only one application is necessary per calendar year.
• No self-nominations are considered.
• No mutual nominations are considered (where two people nominate each other)
• No nominations made by anyone who has tried to contact selection committee members in any other way will be considered.
• No purchase necessary.
• Must be 18 years old. Entrants under 18 are eligible to win provided that the winning entrants parent or legal guardian accepts the prize on his/her behalf.
• Furniture must be accepted as awarded, and is non-transferable
• Contest is open to all, except those who have won before.
• Only 1 (one) furniture give-away will be awarded per household per address.
• The decision of the selection committee is final.
• In the event that an entrant is not eligible, or cannot be contacted after diligent efforts, the selection committee has the right to select another entrant as winner, and is released and discharged from any liability or responsibility in the regard.
• All entries become the property of You Get the Blessing, who assumes no responsibilities for lost, delayed, destroyed or misdirected entries.
• By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these rules.
• By entering, each entrant consents to the use of their name, city of residence, photograph and/or voice, without compensation, in any publicity carried out by the sponsors.
• The sponsors accept no liability or responsibility in connection with injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of this contest or the prizes awarded.
• The selection committee for You Get the Blessing reserves the right to rescind the promised furniture donation at its sole discretion and/or subject to availability.
• This contest is subject to all applicable laws.
• The selection committee reserves the right to revoke prizes if the winner does not meet any or all eligibility requirements or if the application is found fraudulent even through no fault of the nominee’s, even though an announcement may have been made on the air, indicating that person as the winner.
• The selection committee may withhold any, or all contest materials for any reason management deems crucial, to the completion of the contest, or for reasons relating to publicity and/or advertising.
• Only one entry per nominator. Multiple entries will be discarded.
• You Get the Blessing holds the right to amend contest rules and/or change contest rules at any time without notice.
